Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA)
We're looking for qualified DEAs to join our network. You'll conduct domestic EPC assessments across the North West region, working flexibly to meet customer demand. Ideal for assessors who want a steady flow of bookings without the hassle of finding their own work.
Requirements
- Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor qualification
- Registered with an accreditation scheme
- Own vehicle and valid driving licence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Smartphone for job management app
- Public liability insurance
Commercial Energy Assessor (Level 4/5)
Experienced commercial assessors needed for our growing portfolio of business clients. You'll assess offices, retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Excellent earning potential with a regular pipeline of work.
Requirements
- Level 4 or Level 5 Non-Domestic qualification
- Experience with complex buildings
- SBEM software proficiency
- DEC experience advantageous
- Own vehicle essential
- Professional indemnity insurance
Retrofit Assessor
Join our retrofit team conducting PAS 2035 assessments for ECO4 and grant-funded projects. You'll assess properties for improvement potential and produce recommendations for energy efficiency upgrades.
Requirements
- Retrofit Assessor qualification (Level 3)
- Trustmark registration
- Understanding of PAS 2035
- DEA qualification advantageous
- Experience with RdSAP software
- Strong report writing skills
